Partnerships with our global supplier base means SigmaTron delivers several distinct advantages to our customers, resulting in both
time and cost savings. An MRP Sharing Program allows bonding of inventory
based on a weekly supply; SigmaTron International receives parts as needed, just in time,
with all forecast changes updated automatically.
Representatives from our certified suppliers are on site at SigmaTron's facilities on a weekly basis, working from a designated supplier
partnership office, with the Director of Materials, and quoting department on
material and data requirements. All suppliers are monitored for quality and
delivery through monthly supplier report cards, with expectations for supplier
performance continuously raised and supported by corrective and preventative
actions programs.
